What you need to know about Long Term Care!
There are different levels of services in Long Term Care. Edgewood Estates has the following levels of care:
- Skilled / Rehab
- Intermediate
- Personal Care
- Adult Day Health Care
Each level has specific requirements for participation. Payment for services is based on the level of care and criteria. For more information, or to be included on the facility waiting list, contact the Social Services Director at (606)-768-9001, or
Edgewood Estates contracts with independent providers to offer the following ancillary services:
- Physical / Occupational / Speech Therapy
- Registered Dietitian
- Licensed Pharmacist
- Audiology / Dental / Podiatry / Vision Services
This facility will admit and service patients equally, without regard to race, color, or national origin.
